I'm Alex, and I'm 14, goin' on 15. I'm a Christian all the way! Without Him in my life, I would be of less worth than dirt on the ground. He is my savior! I love to draw anime-styled characters, and write poetry and fiction. I plan on being an art teacher when I grow up.

Christians are a big problem in society, not by beliefs, but by control.

when the christians came and took control, technological advance halted, and went into an age where people only worshiped and never went ahead.
Not only this, but the fanaticism of the crhistian public is insane and only share extremely biased opinions with others. Not all are like this, but this is the image the general public has of the church.
Now don't get me wrong, I believe in higher power, but worshiping it and considering it the duty of life to please it, seems fanatical, and at your age, that's pretty sad.
I must reject your protest. I am in firm believe that God is one to worship- and nothing will take away my faith. Thank you for your concern, and God bless. :)
Your ideology is blocking you from true faith my friend, not only are you not free in physical ways, ideology sets you onto one idea and one idea only, thus being ideology.
Honestly, I'm a spiritual guy, but you're not gonna find the answer by going to church and worshiping god, I'm also not suggesting switching to a different religion, as that is the same situation.
You should keep your mind open to all ideologies, all of them, take from them the believable and the trustworthy, find what makes you happy, what takes you onto journeys of inexplicable awe.
So to keep it short, religions block your faith, they don't help it, they only give the illusion of help. Go free, spread your wings into the open world that the creator gave us, use his bounty and not make it illegal, eat his fruit and not feel guilty, as he gave this to us to learn past our primitive beliefs.
That is an interesting way of thought, but I must decline. :) All people are different, and in your mind, that is right. I'm not telling you that you are wrong, or right, for that matter. But my way of thought isn't your business, to put it bluntly. My belief is set in stone. That's all I have to say.
